We operate under EU Directive 96/71/EC (posted workers). Every placement includes an A1 certificate, full payroll management, and EU invoicing with 0% VAT (reverse charge). Contracts start from 3 months. Placement typically takes 1–3 weeks from first contact. Our compliance team manages all mandatory notifications to host-country labour authorities on your behalf.

StaffLab also operates in Sweden under the brand stafflab.se, supplying culinary staff to Swedish restaurants and catering groups. Our Nordic division focuses on long-term secondments and seasonal reinforcements for high-volume kitchens in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
