Frequently asked questions.
How quickly can Stafflab provide staff?
Typically 1 to 3 weeks after your request. We first send you 2–3 candidate profiles; you choose, we handle the rest.
What is the minimum contract length?
The minimum secondment period is 3 months in accordance with the EU Posted Workers Directive.
Who is the legal employer of the staff?
Stafflab is and remains the employer. You are the client. This means no payroll taxes, no social contributions and no employment law risk for you.
Does the staff speak English?
Our staff speak basic to fluent English. For kitchen roles language level is less critical; for front-of-house we select candidates based on language proficiency.
What if a staff member is absent?
Stafflab arranges a replacement. Absence is covered by our service agreement — you pay only for hours worked.
