Are there additional costs on top of the hourly rate?
No. The Stafflab hourly rate is fully all-inclusive: wages, Polish social contributions, A1 certificate, host-country notification, insurance and coordination. Zero hidden costs.
What are the payment terms?
30 days net. You receive an invoice weekly or monthly — your choice.
How is VAT handled?
Stafflab is established in Poland (VAT PL9731095066) and invoices with 0% VAT (reverse charge, Art. 44 EU VAT Directive). You process the invoice as an intra-EU service purchase in your VAT return.
Are there discounts for longer contracts?
Yes. For contracts longer than 6 months or multiple staff members simultaneously, we offer an adjusted rate on request.
What does a head chef cost per year through Stafflab?
At 40 hours per week and 48 working weeks: €52 × 40 × 48 = €99,840 per year, all-inclusive. Comparable to or lower than total employer costs in most EU countries including recruitment and sick leave.
